Nowadays, the use of embedded industrial PCs or industrial tablet PCs is becoming more and more common in the industry. Android industrial tablet PC is an industrial control computer dedicated to the industry. Its basic performance and compatibility are almost the same as commercial computers, but industrial tablet PCs pay more attention to stable performance in different environments. Provide the best solution for man-machine interface and production process control. Therefore, there are certain differences between industrial tablet PCs and ordinary commercial tablet PCs. details as follows:
1. The industrial panel computer has a protection function, and it is necessary to ensure the high stability of the system in the harsh environment;
2. The performance of industrial tablet computers is higher than that of commercial computers, and its major feature is that it has excellent stability;
3. Compared with commercial tablet computers, the life cycle of industrial tablet computers will be longer, and industrial-grade motherboards can generally reach a life cycle of about five years;
4. The operating temperature is different. Ordinary commercial motherboards can only be used in an external environment of 5-38 degrees, while industrial-grade motherboards can work stably at minus 20-60 degrees;
5. Industrial panel computers have high requirements for the use of components, and need to ensure that they can be used in harsh environments.
